The larger necessities are all provided for in your accommodation, so don't overdo it.
Note: Please note that a deposit may be retained in the event of an incomplete or insufficiently thorough final cleaning. It's not fun, but think of the tenants who will be staying in the same accommodation after you and would like to check in as soon as possible after the cleaning teams have finished checking out your accommodation.

Insurance
ASSURINCO travel insurance: for a hassle-free vacation
Depart on vacation without worries. Travel insurance is important. In case of any incident, you can always rely on it and recover the associated costs from the insurance company. Travel accident, illness, and/or cancellation insurance are not included as standard in your trip, but you can add them immediately during the booking process for an extra fee.
Cancellation insurance: CANCELLATION
The cancellation insurance covers the cancellation costs of your trip up to 24 hours before departure, provided you have a valid reason that is included in the policy and the necessary supporting documents.
There is also a deductible in the insurance policy.
The deductible is the part of the damage that you must bear yourself after an accident. The balance above the deductible is covered by the insurer.
For more information, you can view the insurance contract by clicking HERE.
SKIEUR travel assistance insurance: ACCIDENT ON THE SLOPES | REPATRIATION | THEFT AND BREAKAGE OF EQUIPMENT
This insurance covers medical and repatriation costs during your trip.
Consult the full policy HERE for an overview of the applicable conditions.
Cancellation insurance + SKIEUR travel assistance insurance: CANCELLATION | ACCIDENT ON THE SLOPES | REPATRIATION | THEFT AND BREAKAGE OF EQUIPMENT
With this combination, you choose both the cancellation and SKIEUR insurance together.

- Late payment: If payment is not received by the due date indicated in your booking confirmation, we reserve the right — by operation of law and without prior notice — to charge default interest at a rate of 10% per year from the due date until full payment, as well as a fixed compensation fee of 10% of the outstanding travel sum with a minimum of €35. More information: Part 1, Art. 8 Non-payment in our General Terms and Conditions.

Room allocation
For a group trip, each traveler or participant books individually. The group leader (association, club, company, etc.) is responsible for organizing the room arrangements in coordination with our team.
Choose a shared group name
If you’re traveling with friends or colleagues and want to stay in the same room or nearby rooms, agree on a shared group name and enter it in the “Group name” field during your booking.
This allows us to know that you belong together and enables us — together with your designated group leader — to organize your rooms as close together as possible.
Indicate the number of group members
It’s not always possible for everyone to book at the same time. That’s why we ask you to let us know the expected number of participants using the same group name.
- We can already take into account bookings that are likely to follow, even if not everyone has booked yet.
- Don’t worry if this number changes later — the final room allocation will only be made once the group trip is fully booked or at the latest 30 days before departure.
Available room types
See ACCOMMODATION for details on the available room types at your property. If there are rooms for 4 or 6 people, we recommend registering in groups of 2, 3, 4, or 6 people, or a multiple of these numbers.
- We cannot guarantee that the assigned room types will perfectly match your group size. This depends on availability and the allocation of room types for your specific group trip.
- It’s possible that another group may share your room, or that your group could be partially split up.
That said, after many years of experience, we’ve become experts in room coordination — we’ll always do our utmost to keep your group together!
Buying one or more empty beds
If you want 100% certainty that no one from another group will share your room(s), or if your group size doesn’t fit the available room types, you can choose to buy one or more empty beds (subject to availability).
This gives you more control over your room setup, which we’ll organize together with you.
Interested? Contact us at contact@yoonly.eu for availability and pricing.
Deposit
To ensure that the rented property is returned in the same condition as it was received, a security deposit is required for certain parts of your trip.
Accommodation
Deposit procedure:
The accommodation deposit is collected via the platform SWIKLY, on behalf of the accommodation provider. This method replaces the traditional VISA authorization, cash payment, or cheque (FR).
For each stay, a deposit of at least €200 per person is required (amount may vary depending on the accommodation). The amount is only temporarily reserved on your bank account or payment card — no money is actually withdrawn.
The accommodation provider may only charge (part of) this amount in case of damage or issues found after your stay. In all other cases, the reservation is automatically released.
Deposit amount: minimum €200 per person, depending on the accommodation.
Ski Pass
Deposit procedure: cash upon check-in.
The deposit for the ski pass (magnetic key card), if applicable, is paid in cash to the Yoonly trip leader upon arrival at the destination.
To receive your deposit back, return your ski pass at check-out to the Yoonly trip leader or insert it into the designated drop box at the ski pass counter on-site.
Deposit amount: €2 per ski pass, unless otherwise indicated.
Equipment Rental
Deposit procedure: via a pre-authorization on a credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or by providing a copy of both sides of the credit card at collection.
No money will be charged to your card. The deposit amount is simply reserved and automatically released no later than 20 days after check-in.
If you don’t have a personal credit card, a copy of the front and back of a valid credit card (VISA or MasterCard) will also suffice to complete the deposit process.
Deposit amount: depends on the rented equipment (quality and type). The amount can never exceed the public retail price incl. VAT of the rented material.
As long as there is sufficient balance available on the credit card, up to two people can use the same card to provide their deposit.
Liability
You are personally and jointly liable for all deposits at all times. Yoonly cannot be held responsible for any deposits that are partially or fully withheld, as this remains a direct agreement between you and the supplier of the respective service.
Our trip leaders on-site are, of course, available to assist you in case of any issues — for example, with a language barrier or questions about the reason for a withheld deposit.
We strongly recommend taking a photo of the inspection form upon collection and return. This provides you with proof in case a deposit is withheld unfairly afterwards.
Travel info
Provided that you have paid the full amount and at least 21 days before departure, you will receive a detailed overview of all travel information with your booking in the form of an info booklet. Our info booklet will be sent to you by email, but can also be downloaded from 'My bookings' on your My Yoonly account.
Here are a few practical facts that are important to know before you confirm your booking.

The same applies for the return journey. The bus data on your My Yoonly account is actively kept up-to-date.
#2 Check-in and check-out accommodation
Unless otherwise stated on the WELCOME page of the group trip, please note the check-in and check-out times below:
Check-in:
Arrival at destination Saturday morning: Saturday afternoon between 17h00 and 20h00.
Arrival at destination Sunday morning: Sunday afternoon between 17h00 and 20h00.
Check-out:
Saturday morning before 10h00, with the exception of the accommodations where an appointment has to be made for the check-out and room inspection which is organised between 07h30 and 10h00.
Everyone likes to have a clean accommodation. The cleaning teams of our accommodations therefore do everything in their power to put your accommodation in order as soon as possible after check-out of the travellers who preceded you. The same happens a week later when you leave and new travellers will occupy your accommodation.
#3 Luggage depot
Following on from the above, you will often have a 'dead day' to fill upon arrival or departure. Our Yoonly travel guides will be happy to fill this in as best as possible with, among other things, the guarding of the luggage depot, which will be provided to you free of charge.
On arrival and departure, you will not have to drag your luggage around, you can leave it in the luggage depot until you check-in at your accommodation or return home by bus.
Modify booking
#1 Travel options, with the exception of insurances
Up to 30 days before departure, you can modify your booking and in particular your travel options completely free of charge in your My Yoonly account under the heading 'My bookings'. You can change, cancel or add travel options.
To do so, click on 'Travel options' in the table and change the initially booked travel options as desired. You will receive an updated confirmation e-mail for each change, containing an update of your booking overview and corresponding travel sum.
Outstanding balance after modification(s): You must pay your full travel price at least 30 days before departure. See PAYMENT for more information and the applicable conditions.
Overpayment after modification(s): Do you have a credit balance with us after you modified your booking and corresponding travel options? We will make sure that this balance is paid back to the account of your choice at the latest before departure. In the event that we do not have your account details, e.g. if you paid your deposit and/or full travel sum online, we will contact you to request these.
#2 Insurances
The only travel components that cannot be changed, cancelled or added are the insurances. After a period of 24 hours, counting from receipt of your confirmation e-mail, the insurances you have booked will be activated by our insurance company.
This is to avoid fraud and abuse of the comprehensive cover provided by our insurance policies.
Cancel booking
No matter what you find yourself in, we have an answer for you in case you have to cancel your booking. With our flexible and transparent cancellation policy, we do everything in our power to save you from potential cancellation costs. After all, it is bad enough when you have to cancel your booking.
#1 Replacement
You can't travel yourself, but have found someone who can and wants to take over your booking? Any replacement must be communicated by email to contact@yoonly.eu at least 14 days before departure. You need to provide your replacement's name, email address, phone number, and your booking ID. This comes with an administration cost of 20€.
#2 Cancellation with cancellation insurance
The cancellation insurance is a standard cancellation insurance, commonly offered when booking a trip.
PLEASE NOTE! This insurance is a different travel insurance than the one sold last winter season (2022-2023), so be sure to read your policy carefully!
When you book cancellation insurance, you are entitled to a refund equivalent to the applicable cancellation fees, minus the cost of the insurance(s) you have booked. This means you essentially have a cost-free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure if you cancel for a reason covered by the insurance policy and you can provide the necessary documentation to the insurance company.
note: Keep in mind that there is a deductable in this insurance!
If you have the proper documentation for your reason for cancellation, you will receive a refund. If not, you are not eligible for a refund.
You can find all the covered reasons in the policy conditions: Policy Conditions for Cancellation Insurance
#3 Cancellation without cancellation insurance
Find more information on how to cancel your booking here.
If you cannot apply the two options mentioned above, cancellation costs will apply to your booking. The amount depends on the time remaining until the departure date. The cancellation process only starts once the minimum cancellation costs have been paid. As mentioned above, this is very important to avoid higher cancellation costs.
More than 45 days before departure: 30% of the total amount
Between 44 and 30 days before departure: 50% of the total amount
Between 29 and 15 days before departure: 65% of the total amount
Between 14 and 10 days before departure: 80% of the total amount
Less than 9 days before departure: 100% of the total amount
